Your support directly improves the lives and well-being of 43,000+ animals in Atlanta annually!

LifeLine Animal Project has worked tirelessly since 2002 to meet the needs of Atlanta's animals and their people. This year, LifeLine continues facing extraordinary challenges as record numbers of animals enter Fulton and DeKalb county shelters, Georgia's two largest open-admission municipal shelters. LifeLine works daily to keep as many pets as possible from entering the shelters and to keep families and pets together through proactive community-based outreach and support programs -- Healthy Pets and Pets for Life programs -- and by providing affordable full-service veterinary care and spay & neuter services. These much-needed, compassionate efforts are made possible with the support of LifeLine's dedicated community of adopters, volunteers, donors, animal lovers, community advocates, and rescue partners!

About LifeLine Animal Project:

LifeLine Animal Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission of ending the shelter euthanasia of healthy and treatable animals, and the goal is to keep people and pets together. LifeLine looks at the root causes of animal homelessness and works with communities throughout metro Atlanta to provide accessible pet care and solutions.

LifeLine manages the Fulton and DeKalb Counties' animal shelters as well as the Community Animal Center, LifeLine's headquarters which features a state-of-the-art shelter and full-service, low-cost veterinary clinic.

LifeLine Animal Project is a nationally lauded leader in animal welfare and the largest animal welfare organization in Georgia. Since its inception, LifeLine has taken a strategic approach to create a safety net for at-risk companion animals, both in our shelters and our community. Thanks to the leadership and vision of LifeLine founder and CEO Rebecca Guinn, LifeLine has transformed how metro Atlanta cares for the most at-need animals in Atlanta.
