About the Jasmine House Foundation:

The Jasmine House Foundation was started in the heart and mind of Jasmine as a 9-year-old. She noticed that some of her classmates did not have proper clothing and attire for the cold winter season. She immediately had a strong desire to make a difference and implored her mother to help her take action on the compassion that grew in her heart. Together, they were able to mobilize the local community and provide winter wear to other children in need. She began devoting all of her spare time and energy to talking about and presenting ideas on more ways she could make a difference in her community. As a result, The Jasmine House Foundation was established.

Mission and Vision:

The Jasmine House Mentor Program will equip local students in need with the tools and support needed to thrive in their classrooms and society. The program will complement the traditional middle school curriculum by offering lessons in high school readiness, career coaching and other activities to support students' development and prepare them for long-term success. By getting to know these students and their goals, we will be able to advocate alignment between their goals and their course of studies.  Through a supplemental program, exposure to music and arts, and mentoring relationships, children will be empowered to discover their talents and skills and grow into productive members of society.
