Hope for Grey Matters Inc

In 2007 my life went from a successful career in the fast and demanding world of entertainment media to fighting for my own recovery from treatment for a meningioma brain tumor. Recovery included physical therapy and learning to walk and talk all over again.  As a survivor, I've encountered postponing MRIs due to cost, an abusive former employer and a general lack of awareness from others that I admit I had myself prior to my diagnosis.  After hearing the stories of challenge and silence from colleagues and associates whose struggle I had been unaware, I decided to form this foundation and dedicate my voice and life to this cause.  

Brain tumors are NOT rare, but resources are.
