Helping in His Name Ministries Inc

We, at Helping In His Name Ministries, Inc (aka The Food Pantry), are looking for partners to help support families and individuals throughout our community in Henry County, GA who are hungry and in need of food. 

We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit inter-denominational Christian organization, and one of the largest faith-based food assistance ministries in Henry County. The food and care our guests receive here are done as an inspirational model of love and compassion.

In 1990, a group of Henry County churches joined forces with businesses and organizations to establish a Food Pantry that could help meet the needs of many families and individuals within this county. Located in Henry County for over 30 years, we have become known as the "go to place" for help with food needs and hope. Our mission to feed families and individuals in need is carried out by a small number of staff and a large number of volunteers using donated food and money.

Today, we are still growing and meeting the ever-constant food needs as individuals/families, churches/ministries, and schools/libraries continue to partner with us in this endeavor. Our heart's desire is for families and individuals to have food security. This year, we aim to feed over 30,000 individuals, which will amount to over 2 million pounds of food distributed to families and individuals in need!

To accomplish our mission, we are always in need of individuals, groups, businesses, organizations, schools and libraries to partner with us to help these individuals and families.
