GROW Initiative GA is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit, community-focused, and community-based organization. It was founded in 2024 by Guadalupe Harrison, commonly known as Rosie, a group of like-minded volunteers who believed that access to supports and services have a positive impact on the lives of communities that are often underserved and underrepresented. Access leads to success.

What we do: GROW Initiative GA identifies barriers within our community and provides access through strategic partnerships and intentional collaborations with community partners, community members and other leading organizations. We provide high-quality, culturally-relevant and inclusive programming to support all members of our communities.
Who we serve: GROW Initiative GA serves our most vulnerable populations, including those facing difficulties in navigating their communities in order to lead thriving and independent lives.
