HISTORY

Greater Wealth Works was launched as Cobb Microenterprise Council at Kennesaw State University and then later changed to The Edge Connection in 1998 as one of the first community micro-business development models in Georgia. Since 1998, we have served more than 9,000 men and women (an unduplicated count) from more than 33 Georgia Counties – both entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking to launch, sustain, or grow their businesses. We have since expanded our mission to include workforce development and financial education.

In 2022 we changed our name to Greater Wealth Works to focus more on income strategy, financial foundation education and skills development.  The purpose is to get individuals to focus on a long-term financial plan.  The pathway can include entrepreneurship, employment, or a combination.

Greater Wealth Works provides clients with an individualized income strategy with the action steps to an economic mobility pathway whether its self-employment, small business ownership or high demand career option. We support clients in asset development, protection of income, access to affordable healthcare and long-term financial legacy planning. We believe you are your greatest asset.
