Grace for Eternity

Grace  for Eternity-Outreach, 501c3 Religious organization supporting  Women of Domestic Violence and Homelessness. Our approach is to meet each women where she is and support her as she works toward a life of stability, productivity and Hope. 

Domestic Violence is one of the leading causes that women face homelessness, some of the women are educated, while others do not have a high school diploma. We also see women who are isolated from their families, while others are coming from years of incarceration. 

We are raising funds in order to construct a Day/ Resource  Center in the city of Cordele Georgia. The Day Center will provide a comfortable atmosphere for these women and children as they transition to a permeant facility or home . 

Our goal is to partner with other  services in the city of Cordele so that as many needs as possible could be addressed so that these families can move from homelessness to stable housing. 

The Day Center will not start out offering medical assistance, but will collaborate  with facilities that are medically equip.

Day / Resource Center 

> Have a place to come in out of the cold, heat and rain

> Access needed items such as food and clothing 

> Support group meetings everyday 

> Coordinate transportation for social service appointment 

> Use computer lab to research jobs, housing and other services 

> Receive job support and mentorship to re-enter the work force 

> Tutoring programs for students K-12  

> Contact families and other support groups 

> Do your laundry 

The Day /Resource Center will be located in walking distance to neighboring communities,  with access to stores, shops and schools. 

The Day / Resource Center cannot operate without volunteers and donations from the community. We are always needed those who enjoy  giving back and helping our participants. However we welcome businesses, church groups or college students to come out and be apart.
