OUR STORY

Tony and Eleshia Cash are the visionaries behind The Leadership Center, a leadership and workforce development hub opening in DeKalb County in January of 2026. Together, they bring decades of experience in ministry, leadership, workforce development, HR strategy, and community empowerment. Their passion is simple: to help people rise—spiritually, personally, and professionally—through practical tools, real conversations, and small-group gatherings that change lives.

For years, we have poured into leaders, families, and young adults across Metro Atlanta. Now, we are creating a permanent center — a warm, modern retail space designed specifically for small, high-impact training and development where real growth happens.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re launching Level Up Nights, our new workforce development experience where people gain the support they need to advance — job readiness, résumé help, interview skills, public speaking, confidence building, and real employer connections.

The Leadership Center is a nonprofit leadership development and workforce empowerment organization focused on helping people lead well in life, work, faith, and community.

We serve emerging leaders, young adults, working professionals, career transitioners, and individuals seeking clarity, confidence, and direction.
