• Virtual Primary Care: Wellness screenings, chronic disease management, and patient-doctor relationships to improve long-term health outcomes.
• Virtual Urgent Care: Treatment for acute conditions like asthma, bronchitis, flu, COVID-19, infections, rashes, earaches, and more.
• Virtual Counseling Services: Crisis support and scheduled therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, parenting challenges, and anger management.
• Discount Prescription Program: Affordable medications for acute and chronic conditions, including asthma, hypertension, diabetes, and thyroid disorders.
• Social Care Advocacy: Referrals addressing housing, food insecurity, transportation, and other critical social determinants of health.
