Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance

The Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance (GIPA) exists to make intellectual property (IP) less intimidating so that more people can successfully bring their ideas from to market. We are building: 

• IP Awareness & Education by bringing programs to schools, universities, and communities; 
• a Collaborative IP Ecosystem by bringing together creators (including artists and inventors), protectors (including lawyers and government agencies), and enablers (including businesses and investors); and 
• Diversity & Inclusion in IP by driving awareness and conversations within the Collaborative IP Ecosystem to identify problems and solutions for equity. 

GIPA is making Georgia a national and global model of how to facilitate the creation, protection, and enablement of IP for the economic and social well-being of our citizens.
