TasKiGi Indigenous Medicine Board

Our goal is to utilize double Dutch as a vehicle to teach cultural pride along with storytime yoga (stretching) to build the sport of double Dutch and encourage academic excellence in our community.  We also seek to use this sport as a tool to stop color bullying, children being bullied for being smart and to encourage ethnic pride and build our children's self-esteem. 

We advocate self-healing, fitness and wellness in the African Diaspora.  Our mission is to increase the life expectancy rate among the African Dispora in a wholistic manner addressing the mind, body and spirit.  We focus on building health ministries in the church, sports and cultural pride education in the inner-cities.  Our mission "Be the change we want to see in the world."

Many of our children are suffering from low self-esteem, underachievement and raising obesity due to a sedatary life-style our programs encourage health, healing and wellness.
