Forsyth Farmers’ Market (FFM) is Coastal Georgia’s largest and longest-running, producer-only farmers market, dedicated to strengthening our regional food system through access, education, and community partnership. For over 15 years, FFM has created a trusted space where local farmers, growers, and food producers connect directly with families, ensuring fresh, seasonal, and affordable foods remain accessible to everyone.

At the heart of FFM is our Saturday Market, a vibrant, community-centered marketplace featuring 70+ farmers and producers from Savannah and neighboring counties. Every product sold is grown, raised, or made locally, supporting small farms and agricultural businesses. This mission helps promote small business and economic opportunity, while keeping food dollars circulating within the region.

FFM’s mission goes beyond the marketplace. We design and deliver nutrition education programs, culturally correct cooking demonstrations, youth engagement through our Youth Booth, and community partnerships with schools, clinics, and nonprofits. Through SNAP/EBT access the Fresh for Less match program, and 912 Food Farmacy, we help reduce barriers to nutritious foods for low-wealth families, seniors, and individuals managing chronic health conditions.

Our team collaborates with trusted partners—including Healthy Savannah, SCCPSS, St. Mary’s Health Center, local clinics, and community organizations—to build a more equitable, resilient food system rooted in health, culture, and sustainability.

As Coastal Georgia continues to grow, FFM remains committed to expanding opportunities for farmers, strengthening local economies, and ensuring that every household—regardless of income or zip code—has access to fresh, local, and nourishing food.
