We want to encourage healthy eating habits and educate people who are at risk of pre-diabetes and actively show the link between Diabetes and Kidney disease while providing prevention options to underserved communities in the Southeastern Region. This of the US makes up a large majority of those diagnosed with diabetes, which happens to be a leading cause of kidney disease.
