Elbert Memorial Hospital Foundation Inc

The Elbert Memorial Hospital Foundation was established in 1995 and is located in Elberton, Georgia.  It is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. Contributions are tax deductible as allowed by Law. The Mission of Elbert Memorial Hospital Foundation is for the benefit  of Elbert Memorial Hospital.  Our hospital just celebrated its 70th anniversary last year and our Foundation celebrated its 25th Anniversary. The Foundation has supported the hospital in areas of renovations, “Buy a Bed” Campaign, “Renovate a Room”, and purchases of new equipment and supplies.  

COVID-19 has brought about numerous challenges to our rural hospital, and the Foundation stepped up to raise funds and will continue to do so. The Foundation Board is in agreement with the Hospital Authority that the time has come for us to look toward the future and build a new facility or completely renovate our existing location. Any help you could give toward that effort would be greatly appreciated.
