LifeChangers Legacy, Chebar Ministries Inc

Our mission is to equip mentors to help break the cycle of addictions, reduce recidivism, and help restore individuals from incarceration back into society, reducing homelessness.  

We have a four phase one to one Incentive Mentorship Workbook  Program called "I See ME Free" that is used inside the prisons.  We have a unique system to match up mentors (volunteers) to mentees (inmates).  The mentors walk alongside their mentee from the convenience of their own home and computer and together they go through each workbook in the "I See ME Free" program.  Currently, mentee's who have gone through our "I See ME Free" program have a 0% recidivism rate.

We are currently in the process of opening a resource center and upscale thrift store in Cumming, GA called "YouNiquely You".  We will provide a point of connection and resources to the community.  We will employ returning citizens.  We will provide a safe and spiritual environment  with transformational courses such as our "I See ME Free", health and wellness, financial family and parenting, Unchained Ministries Inner Healing, DUI classes, and hyperbarics PHP.   We have to renovate this building to accommodate our resource classes offered.  And we will also expand to add the upscale thrift store which will be used as income to fund LifeChangers Legacy.
