Mission Statement: Brothers Brunch Foundation promotes mental health and self-care among black men. We provide education and experiences that can be life-changing for one's wellbeing and overall health. The tools provided and conversations offer a safe and vulnerable environment to grow. Black Men need a safe space for Mending, Healing, and Feeling the Difference. We also offer free sessions to allow black men to embark on a new life journey.

Vision Statement

"To create a future where every Black man has access to the support, education, and tools needed to thrive emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, empowering them to heal intergenerational trauma and build stronger families and communities."

Brothers Brunch Foundation: Milestones and Impact

Since its inception, Brothers Brunch Foundation has been dedicated to fostering mental health and self-care among Black men through community, education, and transformative experiences. Our mission has resonated with many, and we are proud of the impact we've made so far.

Key Outcomes:

  • 500+ Lives Touched: We have directly connected with over 500 individuals through our outreach, events, and programs.
  • 300+ Black Men Engaged: More than 300 Black men have participated in our events, embracing vulnerability, brotherhood, and self-care.
  • 75+ Donations Received: Our generous community of supporters has contributed over 75 donations, helping sustain our mission and expand our impact.
  • 40+ Events Hosted: We’ve successfully organized over 40 events, providing a safe space for Black men to come together, heal, and grow.

These numbers reflect our commitment to empowering Black men to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. We are dedicated to building on these achievements, expanding our reach, and continuing to offer transformative experiences for many more Black men in the future.
