Going back to school each year is stressful, no matter the age.  But returning to the classroom post-pandemic presented a variety of issues that went well beyond academics.  As a result, student conflict, stress, anger, and anxiety are prevalent in school systems nationwide. Our kids are overwhelmed with an accelerated academic schedule, on top of learning HOW to interact again, face-to-face.  Sadly, one in five teens has symptoms of a mental health disorder such as depression or anxiety, and suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death. 

So, how can we help our young people navigate the hallways again with confidence?

That's exactly what our revolutionary platform has been doing in schools statewide since 2015!  Our peer-driven "movement" for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion teaches students how to create a more inclusive atmosphere, one "Voice" at a time.  We provide three carefully crafted program levels, built upon proven techniques, which help to develop important interpersonal skills through first-hand experiences.  The result is confident student leaders for kindness and inclusion in the classroom, community and beyond!
