Have a Heart for Racial Healing – Be a Bridge-Builder!
Be the Bridge (BTB) has a vision — a world where all are equipped to flourish regardless of race. We are inspiring people to respond to the racial brokenness and systemic injustice in our world. We are equipping bridge-builders of all ages with tools and resources they need to be a collective voice and change agents that have vision, skills, resources, and talent to make transformative change.
You can help!
We need more bridge-builders to create brave spaces for new and seasoned learners to grow relationships that lead to racial solidarity. With a comprehensive curriculum, we have a multimedia approach to reach bridge-builders through in-person groups, live events, robust training and camps to educate the next generation. And we have some astounding accomplishments that indicate that our mission is resonating with others who believe that serving as bridge-builders is impactful work:
10,000 # of downloads of our participant guide; 1st year
1,000 # of in-person Be the Bridge groups, nationwide
144,000 # Bridge Builders learning and growing in our online community
With your support, BTB can continue to address issues of racial inequality. Through our global network, we are finding a way forward with collective conviction towards racial reconciliation across the country and beyond in Canada, New Zealand, Uganda, and Rwanda. Via podcasts, we’ve facilitated relational in-person conversations, seminars, training, conferences and Facebook Live discussions on racial literacy. BTB is a resource to people, organizations, and institutions that want to move toward reconciliation.
