Do you know 1 of 4 women will be abused in their lifetime; every 9 seconds a woman is beaten and a potential risk for homicide increases by 75% when a woman decides to leave her abuser.

As a result of being a victim of domestic violence Austin Tyler Foundation, Inc. was founded in 2005 in memory of my 4 years old son Austin who was killed by his father an on duty police office. If you are wondering about the name of the foundation it’s named after my beloved son his first and middle name which is a reminder of why domestic violence awareness is so important.

Austin Tyler Foundation will break the cycle of domestic violence so that victims will live beyond the abuse and live a fulfilling life, by starting with awareness but making prevention our priority.

We embrace, educate and empower women in crisis by providing counseling, financial assistance/training and community awareness.
