Atlanta Festival Academy Inc

The Atlanta Festival Academy operates three programs yearly for enthusiastic young classical musicians from all over Georgia as well as the rest the United States and even the world! – the summer Chamber Music Camp, the Atlanta Festival Chamber Orchestra, and the Atlanta Festival Competition.

The summer Chamber Music Camp serves as the Atlanta Festival Academy’s primary endeavor and draws student musicians, renowned instructors, and world-class performers from around the globe to Atlanta. These young artists learn and perform amazing music together while building lifelong friendships and further developing their skills. Students at the camp regularly get to perform incredible concerts with winners of the international Menuhin Competition; they also participate in master classes led by acclaimed musicians such as the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s concert master, David Coucheron. The Chamber Music Camp always wants to make sure tuition costs don’t stand in the way of interested young musicians, therefore it strives to maintain a healthy scholarship program which is funded through the generosity of individual donors, private foundations, and public grants.
