 FOR 78 YEARS, WE HAVE PROVIDED COMPASSIONATE, PROFESSIONAL NURSING SERVICES TO THE ELDERS OF OUR COMMUNITY.  Our team of experienced professionals provides long-term nursing care, short-term rehabilitative care with physical, occupational, and speech therapies, respite care, and hospice care. We also have an extensive activity program designed to engage our residents in mind, body, and spirit.   

DUE TO CUTS IN MEDICAID, WE ARE ASKING OUR COMMUNITY TO PLEASE HELP US CONTINUE TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY CARE TO OUR RESIDENTS EVERY DAY.  Their needs include medications, rehabilitative therapy, medical equipment, supplies, food, clothing, and more.

Sadie G. Mays Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 501c3 organization that operates under the auspices of the Atlanta Association for Convalescent Aged Persons, Inc.  Founded by Sadie Gray Mays (Mrs. Benjamin E. Mays) in 1947, our facility was among the first nursing homes in Georgia where patients could receive professional care with dignity, regardless of race or economic status.
