Athens Area Arts Council Inc

The Athens Area Arts Council is a non-profit arts organization staffed entirely by volunteers. Our mission is to connect the arts to the community through promotion, education, and funding. AAAC is an active advocate and sponsor of public art, performance and events that broaden our community's exposure to the arts in the areas of visual art, film, music, dance, theater and literature. We support community projects through fiscal sponsorship, serve as an information hub for arts opportunities, and provide direct financial support to working artists through our grants and sponsorships program.v
