The Because We Care Closet is a program within Area in Need that seeks to address the basic needs of students and teachers by providing them with essential goods for free. Our goal is to establish “Closets" in local schools that will house items such as food, clothing, toiletries, and school supplies. The organization’s headquarters are in Riverdale GA, and we plan to expand by setting up three closets in the first year, six closets in year two, eight closets in year three.

Business Description:

The primary objective of Because We Care Closet is to provide a safe space for students and teachers to obtain essential goods that will help them meet their basic needs. We believe that by fulfilling these needs, students and teachers will be better equipped to learn and succeed in school. We aim to achieve our goal by setting up closets in schools, which will be stocked with items such as non perishable food, items, clothing, toiletries, and school supplies, undergarments boys and girls
