Annandale at Suwanee Inc

Established in 1969, Annandale Village is one of only three non-profit residential communities in the entire United States that serves adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries at all levels of care throughout an individual’s lifetime. Annandale provides residential programs and services, as well as day program and respite services, to adults 18 years of age or older with a primary diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability or an acquired brain injury which occurred during the individual's developmental years. 

Our unique continuum of care serves individuals at varying degrees of independence –from independent living in the community to campus-based options which include independent living, semi-independent living and a cottage level of supervision, as well as assisted living and skilled nursing support. All levels of care are designed to allow residents the ability to live as independently as possible, while providing assistance, when necessary, to create an environment that is comfortable, attractive, familiar and secure.
