A New Beginning Mental Health & Wellness exists to provide healing, support, and community for individuals and families navigating grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life challenges. Many of the people we serve are from underserved communities where access to mental health care and supportive resources is limited.

Your donation helps us:

• Provide free and low-cost therapy for individuals who cannot afford services
• Offer grief support groups and healing circles for those coping with loss
• Host mental health workshops that teach coping skills and emotional wellness
• Maintain our Emergency Relief Fund, which provides immediate support for families in crisis (food, shelter assistance, transportation, clothing, and emergency care supplies)
• Expand community outreach, including feeding the homeless and providing essential care packages
• Create safe, inclusive spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected
