Home for the Holidays: Help Us Pay Off Our Sheds!
This holiday season, we’re raising funds to give our rescued animals and community programs something every home needs: a safe, warm, and welcoming place to call home.
At Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary, having the right space makes all the difference. From keeping essential pantry supplies organized to giving rescued pigs room to rest and providing a safe place for animals to recover from medical procedures, our three new sheds are already making an incredible impact.
Now, we need your help to pay them off!
For Giving Tuesday, we’re launching our Home for the Holidays campaign to raise $14,140 to cover the cost of these three essential sheds. Each one serves a unique purpose, helping us care for our sanctuary residents and expand vital services for our community.
🏡 The Free Food Pantry Shed — $2,970
Our Free Food Pantry helps community members access the food and essential supplies they need. This shed provides much-needed storage for non-food items, including cat litter, paper goods, and household essentials. By moving these items into their own dedicated space, we’ve freed up room in our food pantry for food distribution days and created more capacity to accept additional food and pantry donations. This shed helps us make more room for generosity!
🐷 Romeo’s Herd Shed — $5,585
Romeo’s herd of approximately 20 rescued potbelly pigs deserves a home where they can rest comfortably, especially during the cold winter months. Their new 10-by-20-foot shed gives them more room to sleep, snuggle into fresh straw, and stay warm and cozy.
But the impact goes beyond the pigs. Once Romeo’s herd settles into their new space, their previous area can be returned to our Medical Barn. This reclaimed space will help us expand our free and low-cost veterinary clinics for community members in need and create a designated area for low-cost and no-cost spay/neuter surgeries with our veterinary partner.
One shed means more comfort for our pigs and more lifesaving services for animals in our community!
❤️ The Medical Recovery Suite — $5,585
When an animal needs medical care, a safe place to heal can make all the difference. Our new Medical Recovery Suite provides a climate-controlled, easily accessible space for resident pigs and other animals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
This shed has already made a tremendous difference for our beloved Hoggel, providing him with a safe place to recover after surgery. Without this dedicated space, Hoggel would have needed to remain hospitalized for months, resulting in expenses that would have exceeded the cost of this investment. Now, the Recovery Suite will continue serving animals in need for years to come.
🎁 Give the Gift of a Home This Giving Tuesday
Your donation will help us pay off these three sheds and ensure these essential spaces continue supporting our rescued animals and community programs.
Every contribution brings us closer to our $14,140 goal. Whether you give $10, $25, $50, $100, or whatever you can, you’re helping provide warmth, comfort, healing, and hope.
This holiday season, help us give our animals—and the people and pets in our community—a little more room to thrive.
Give a gift that keeps on giving. Help us bring our sheds home for the holidays!
