The PAGE Foundation is a 31-year old 501(c)(3) charitable education organization created by the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE). PAGE is Georgia’s largest professional association of educators and America's second largest association of independent educators.  More than 90 percent of PAGE's 92,000 members are classroom teachers.

The PAGE Foundation knows investments you make in Georgia educators provide Georgia students with improved educational opportunities. The PAGE Foundation encourages and accepts charitable donations in support of PAGE’s core business, which is professional learning for Georgia educators without regard for whether they are PAGE members, and in support of student academic programs that build a love of learning, an appreciation for hard work in worthwhile and challenging pursuits, and an ability to compete individually and as a member of a team.

PAGE initiatives and programs include:

Professional Learning opportunities for Georgia educators, especially those who serve students from low income homes and economically challenged communities,

ƒƒ PAGE Foundation Scholarships for aspiring and veteran educators,

ƒƒ PAGE Student Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR), Georgia's flagship recognition program for the state's highest-achieving high school seniors and their STAR Teachers,

ƒƒ PAGE Academic Bowl for Middle Grades, a very competitive team activity using a Quiz Bowl format, and

ƒƒ PAGE Georgia Academic Decathlon (GAD), which challenges high school students of differing abilities to master difficult subject material in mathematics, science, economics, language and literature, music, art history, interview, social science, speech and essay.  Georgia's top team competes for national honors at the United States Academic Decathlon National Championship.
The PAGE Foundation works to attract charitable gifts in support of PAGE Professional Learning initiatives that develop transformational leaders among teachers, administrators and school board members. PAGE works alongside local education leaders to transform schools so profound learning occurs using strategies that engage students in work that is academically rigorous and meaningful.
