The Gwinnett Neighborhood Leadership Institute (GNLI). GNLI was established in 1995 by the Gwinnett Coalition for Health and Human Services as a result of a needs assessment and action planning process that identified a demand for more grassroots community leadership and citizen involvement and community action. GNLI acts as a clearinghouse for citizens to find effective ways to participate in the decision-making process at neighborhood, municipal, county and state levels.
The Gwinnett Neighborhood Leadership Institute is an intensive, 8 month program that trains, empowers and supports everyday citizens and community leaders to promote positive changes in their neighborhoods and communities. The program develops community leaders who will assist others in understanding issues that may directly affect us and learning ways to address these needs with practical solutions.
In 2015, we will be celebrating 20 years of building community leaders. We are reaching out to our community at large to garner support in leaving a legacy for another 20 years. Our goal is to sustain this program through financial contributions benefitting the future leaders of Gwinnett and the neighborhoods they serve.  As we embark on our 20th anniversary, we ask that you contribute to this legacy.

We need your support to continue building leaders who will make a difference in our local communities and neighborhoods!
