Spay our Strays - Thomas County
Donate and Fix Georgia Pets will DOUBLE your donation.
Help us decrease the number of unwanted and abandoned pets in Thomas County. Your donation will support spay/ neuter programs that provide resources for needy citizens and animals to be sterilized. This directly decreases the number of animals arriving at our shelter, and the number euthanized.
Spay/neuter programs are the foundation for our goal of zero euthanasia in our shelter. We will provide low cost or free surgeries to community pets or shelter animals that have not other avenues for sterilization. Our shelter staff and Animal Control Officers work daily with Thomas County citizens that need help with their pets and strays. This program gives us the support we need to help them. In Thomas County, we need to spay or neuter 225 animals a year in order to make a difference in overall stray population and decrease the shelter intake numbers. Every animal that does not come to us is one life saved.
Fix Georgia Pets is proud to provide matching funds for partners across the State.
Together, we can end senseless euthanasia in Georgia.
