You have textile tales. Maybe memories of a favorite relative teaching you to knit. Maybe stories remembered when wrapped in a cherished handmade quilt. Maybe creative adventures -  your first looper potholder or your latest silk-painted scarf. Maybe feelings evoked by a favorite fiber art work. Textiles infuse our lives with color, pattern, texture, warmth, and memories. We all have textile tales.

What’s SEFAA’s tale? It’s a never-ending quest to inspire, support, and engage your textile interests. To be your textile resource, your fiber arts community, your place to explore, learn, create, connect, and belong. Our passion is to provide you with a multitude of textile-focused paths to enjoy - from lectures, classes, and workshops to events, exhibitions, tours, open studio sessions, a reference library, facility and equipment rentals, and much more.

Your donation today is an important investment in our tale, one that will support focused, quality programming, additional textile equipment and supplies, and improved operations. But, more importantly, your donation today is an investment in your interests, your skills, and your continuing textile tales.

New this year:

1. Donations can be pre-scheduled starting November 1st. Donate when you have time and don't worry about missing that one critical day! All gifts made between Nov. 1st and the 27th will be automatically pre-scheduled for #GAGives on #GivingTuesday. You'll receive confirmation immediately, but your donation won't be processed until the early morning hours of #GAGives on #GivingTuesday. (Of course, if you prefer, you can easily change the charge date during the donation process.)

2. Donor Drawing.  Anyone donating $125 or more to SEFAA on GA Gives Day will be entered into a drawing for one of these fabulous prizes: A John C. Campbell Folk School gift certificate for a one-week class OR a future SEFAA workshop (maybe Valerie Goodwin's Favorite Places mixed-media cartographic quilt workshop in February?)
