Clement Arts is a non-profit organization based in Columbus, GA that supports foster and adoptive families through the arts. Founded in 2012, Clement Arts has supported 15 adoptive families with nearly $50,000 in adoption grants raised through concerts, art galleries, and children's events. The organization's newest program, Clement Care, surrounds foster families with social support and practical help in order to meet the state-wide need for more and stronger foster homes.
The word "clement" means "an inclination to mercy." Our calling is to use creative gifts as opportunities for acts of mercy, particularly for those who are most vulnerable -- children in need. We believe there is much beauty in the world, and that the highest beauty is in sacrificial love for others. As a result, we exist to support foster care and adoption by means that add beauty to our community through song, story, and art.
We love seeing children placed in families where they are loved and taken care of so well. Will you join us? Your donation will allow us to continue telling these stories through quality artistic and musical events in our community as well as children's events and classes in the arts. As a result, Clement Arts will continue to provide much needed practical support for foster families who give themselves to children in crisis, and provide many more adoption grants for those called to bring orphans home to their family as sons and daughters.
Thank you! The best is yet to come.
