Help us reach our $10,000 goal to provide travel assistance for 2500 children to Atlanta Science Festival’s Exploration Expo, the region’s biggest interactive science event.

Atlanta is a science city - full of amazing opportunities to learn and experience how science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) contribute to our daily lives. Unfortunately, not every child has the same access to science learning opportunities outside the classroom. We need your help to fund bus vouchers that assist children from Title I schools with transportation to Atlanta's biggest interactive science day. At the Exploration Expo, children and their families can engage with a diverse array of STEM professionals and topics and see that a STEM career is possible for everyone regardless of race, income, gender, or geography.

Your support allows us to offer exciting STEM learning experiences to everyone in our community. Help us make Atlanta a city where our entire community feels connected to science.

Special thanks to Georgia Power for their matching gift of $5000!

About Us

Atlanta Science Festival brings people together through the wonder of science. We are making a difference by broadening access to science education and careers, and highlighting the many opportunities for science learning and engagement in Atlanta. In addition to an annual Festival, reaching more than 50,000 people with engaging science learning experiences, we have recently launched new Science ATL initiatives, including an online calendar of public science events, a STEM leadership program for middle and high school students, and other public science events throughout the year. Explore our 2018 Report to learn more about our community impact.
