Vehicle Needed for Senior Care, School and Work

I am a working college student supporting two Senior parents on a very limited income. We're currently three adults with one failing vehicle. My father is reaching the age where he is unable to make repairs, and I am not able to make the repairs needed by myself. I do not qualify for financing, and I don't have the means to pay the up front costs by myself. If I had any options available to me at all, I would never ask. This seems to be the lowest cost vehicle I could find in my area.
