Atlanta's position as the epicenter of in the southeastern United States has created an unprecedented demand for specialized residential care facilities designed specifically for child survivors of commercial sexual exploitation (Polaris Project, 2023). 

As a subsidiary of the Legacy Parenting Project, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to supporting young parents and strengthening family systems, Our Legacy House is committed to combating commercial sexual exploitation of children in Georgia. 

Our Legacy House was founded with a clear and focused mission: "To build safe trauma-sensitive residential care facilities for child survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking."

We have developed four main programming areas that form the cornerstone of our comprehensive approach to combating commercial sexual exploitation of children: 

1)  Awareness Programming

2)  Trauma-Sensitive Facilities

3)  CSEC Parenting Support

4)  Professional Support Network for direct care workers of CSEC youth

Our holistic ecosystem is created for child survivors to heal, families can rebuild, communities stay informed, and our caregivers are sustained in their vital work.
