HouseProud Atlanta, Inc.

HouseProud Atlanta, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free home repairs to low-income senior, veteran, and disabled homeowners in metro Atlanta communities. HouseProud works with local community groups to identify homeowners who can benefit most by repairs designed to make their homes livable, so they can remain in them longer. Homeowners may also apply themselves. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements. Our staff works closely with highly qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to perform critical repairs such as replacing heating and cooling units, repairing wheelchair ramps, and repairing roofs. Volunteers provide low to moderate level repairs limited to painting, siding repair, handrail installation, and drywall replacement. All volunteer groups are led by contractors. Projects are completed based on funding.
